Raw, certified-organic cacao powder made from Nacional cacao beans with authentic Ecuadorian “Arriba Nacional” genetics, grown exclusively in Ecuador in rich volcanic soil. Of the various cacao subspecies, Nacional is the rarest, and is typically found only in Peru and Ecuador. Arriba Nacional is the original Nacional cacao of Ecuador, and some of the finest available in the world. Cold-processed to an ultra-fine powder.

Each order includes 22 grams of cacao, divided into 2 containers:
