Orders and Shipping

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that will include your tracking number.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, and then when your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. The Shipping Confirmation email will include your USPS tracking number, which you can use to track your order via USPS.com.

Powdra’s policy is to never store any of our customers’ credit card information. 

For the moment, Powdra only sells and ships within the USA, but we’re working on adding the ability to sell to more countries.

Whenever possible, Powdra will always combine your order into one package to conserve shipping materials. 

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to get your order processed as quickly and as accurately as possible, but every once in a while, mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong item, or if your item arrives broken, please contact us by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Aside from cases where a customer receives the incorrect product, or where the product arrives damaged from shipping, all orders are final, so please shop with care.

You will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label (including the return address) once your return is approved.

We do not currently offer pre-orders for sold out items, but please contact us by emailing [email protected] if you’d like us to alert you when it comes back in stock.
